Brennen Coulter is the founder and managing partner of Confer Partners LLC, a strategic advisory and government-relations firm that helps companies, investors, technology developers, and project sponsors navigate complex opportunities and bring high-impact projects from concept to execution. Throughout his career, Brennen has advised clients developing projects across energy generation and infrastructure, alternative and renewable fuels, waste-to-energy, biochar and agricultural feedstocks, advanced materials, data-center infrastructure, and large-scale industrial development.

Brennen has expanded his work beyond Confer Partners by joining New Earth Global Energy Group (NEGE), where he is helping advance the same core mission on a broader international scale. Building on his experience in strategic partnerships, energy infrastructure, government relations, and project development, Brennen is focused on helping NEGE develop and deploy technologies and infrastructure solutions across global markets.
